SB 718 -- Pledge of Allegiance in Public Schools

Co-Sponsors:  House, Steelman

This bill requires every public school to ensure the recitation
of the Pledge of Allegiance at least once a week in every
student's class.  Students or the parents or legal guardians of
students who express an objection to the teacher or principal are
not required to participate.
